Account & licenses
Sign in from the desktop app, redeem a license key, and manage your plan.
QuickPeach works without an account — the launcher and local notes run fully offline. You create an account when you want to unlock paid features like sync, version history, or a lifetime plan.
Sign in from the desktop app
QuickPeach uses your browser to sign in, the way Raycast, Linear, and gh auth login do. There's no password to remember and nothing sensitive in the app itself.
Step 1. Open Settings → Account and click Sign in with browser.
Step 2. Your default browser opens the QuickPeach sign-in page. Sign in there — magic link or a social provider, whichever you prefer.
Step 3. The page hands the session back to the desktop app. You land on Settings → Account, signed in.
If the app doesn't open automatically
On some setups (locked-down machines, certain Linux desktops) the browser can't hand the session back directly. The sign-in page always shows a one-time sign-in code as a fallback:
- Copy the code from the browser page.
- In the app, click Paste a sign-in code instead and paste it.
The code expires after a few minutes. If it's expired, click the Start a new sign-in button on the browser page to get a fresh one.
License keys
A license key (QPNT-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) activates a paid plan on your account. It's separate from signing in — you sign in first, then redeem the key.
To redeem: sign in (above) → Settings → Account → enter your key. The plan is applied to your account. Every device signed into that account sees it automatically.

Manage your subscription
Upgrades, downgrades, payment method changes, and invoices all happen on the web. In Settings → Account, click Manage subscription — it opens your account portal directly. Changes apply to all your devices on the next refresh.
Sign out
Go to Settings → Account and click Sign out. Your local notes stay on your machine; only the account session is removed.
